Who we are and why we exist.

Corporate wellness training built by a licensed therapist and former crisis negotiator — for businesses too small to have an HR department that can absorb a crisis quietly

Your Team Isn't Broken. Your Support System Is.

Missed deadlines. Short tempers. Good people quitting without warning. Most business owners treat these as personnel problems. They're not — they're symptoms of a team running on empty, with nowhere to turn before things boil over.

Most companies your size don't have the budget for an in-house mental health department. That doesn't mean your team doesn't need one. It means you need a partner who can step in — before the crisis, not just after it
.

Burnout Is Costing Your Team More Than You Think!

Choose the Level of Support Your Team Needs

Single Workshop A one-time live session (60–90 minutes, virtual or in-person) — the easiest way to bring this into your team and see the impact firsthand before committing further

Foundation Partnership One live monthly workshop, direct email/HR access for ongoing questions, and a quarterly progress check-in.

Growth Partnership
Everything in Foundation, plus quarterly crisis-readiness training and on-call consulting support when your team needs it most.

Enterprise Partnership
Weekly availability, full critical-incident response protocol and training, and executive coaching for your leadership team

The Six Pillars — The System Behind Every Session

Every workshop and partnership is built on the same framework from my book: six practical, research-backed pillars for keeping the mind strong under pressure. Your team doesn't just get a motivational hour — they get a repeatable system they can return to long after the session ends.

Want to bring the full framework to your team on their own time? The Six Pillars is also available as:

  • A self-paced course — six modules your team can work through individually, at their own pace

  • A live group intensive — a guided, cohort-based version with direct access to Andrea

  • The book — Six Pillars to Power Up Your Mind and Make Mental Health a Lifestyle

A Quick, Important Note This training and coaching program is educational and skills-based — it is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental health condition, and no counselor-client relationship is formed through these sessions. It's built on clinical expertise but delivered as workplace coaching and training. If something raised during a session point to a need for individual support, I'm always happy to have that conversation separately.

Ready to Bring This to Your Team?
Whether you're testing the waters with a single workshop or ready for an ongoing partnership, let's start with a 15-minute call to find the right fit for your team.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this the same as an EAP (Employee Assistance Program)?
No — and that's the point. An EAP is typically a referral hotline your team may never use. This is active, in-person (or virtual) training and coaching delivered directly by a licensed clinician with real crisis-response experience — built to prevent problems, not just respond to them after the fact.

Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This program is educational, skills-based training and coaching. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and no counselor-client relationship is created through these sessions. If a participant needs individual clinical support, that's always a separate, private conversation.

Do you travel for in-person sessions?
Yes — sessions are available virtually anywhere, and in-person within a 100-mile radius of Dallas/Houston. Travel outside that range can be arranged for an additional fee.

How many people can attend a session?
Workshops are effective for teams from 6 to 100+ employees. Larger groups may be split into multiple sessions to preserve interaction and engagement.

What's the minimum commitment for a partnership?
Single workshops require no ongoing commitment. Foundation, Growth, and Enterprise partnerships are structured as 3-month minimum engagements, renewing monthly after that.

Is anything discussed in a session confidential?
Group sessions are a training space, not a clinical one — so the same legal confidentiality protections that apply in individual therapy don't apply here. Participants are encouraged to share only what they're comfortable discussing in a group/workplace setting.

Can we start with just one workshop before committing to a partnership?
Yes — in fact, that's the recommended starting point for most teams. A single workshop is the easiest way to experience the framework and decide if an ongoing partnership is the right fit.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on team size, session frequency, and scope of support (workshops only vs. ongoing crisis-readiness training). Book a discovery call for a proposal built around your team specifically.

"Andrea Wise-Brown has so much electrifying positive energy that it's contagious. I saw her speaking at a women's conference on work-life balance, and I finally learned to manage my life without guilt."

"Andrea came to my small company where I have 20 employees and taught us how to communicate better, support other team members and address conflict. After she worked with my company our productivity went up and we had a much healthier workplace culture. It was a great decision to partner with her."
